Your purchase
You buy a licence to use the Blabbermouth edition shown in your order, for one payment in GBP with no subscription. The checkout shows the total before you pay. There is no physical delivery charge. Your confirmation email records your edition, payment and these terms.
The licence supports two active Windows profiles. Deactivate an old installation to free a place. Keep your licence key private and contact support if an installation is inaccessible.
What you need
Blabbermouth requires a compatible Windows 10 or 11 PC, a microphone for dictation, and storage for the app and selected models. Check the website's system requirements before buying. Processing speed and accuracy depend on your hardware, model and recording. Some protected or unusual text fields may not accept dictation.
Activation, model downloads and periodic licence checks need internet access. Normal speech processing takes place on your PC. Translation output languages depend on the edition and available downloaded packs; do not assume every catalogue language is included. The edition description at purchase forms part of your order.
Delivery and immediate access
Stripe handles payment securely. After payment is confirmed, we send your licence key, download link and purchase confirmation to the email entered at checkout. Check that email address before paying. If delivery fails, contact us with the purchase reference; never send your full licence key.
At checkout we ask you to agree to these terms and separately request immediate digital supply. When supply begins with your consent, the statutory 14-day cancellation right for this digital content ends. Rights relating to faulty or misdescribed software remain unaffected.
Additional refund promise
If Blabbermouth is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, including if you have downloaded it. We will refund the original payment method within 14 days of agreeing the refund. This voluntary promise is separate from your statutory rights. A fully refunded purchase no longer provides licensed access.
Updates and help
Updates released for the purchased major version are included. A future major version may be sold separately; buying it is optional. Contact us by email for installation and licence help. No guaranteed response time or indefinite support period is promised. This does not limit any support or remedies required by law.
Problems with the software
Contact us if the software is faulty, does not match its description or cannot be used as reasonably expected. We will assess the problem and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. These terms do not exclude or limit statutory consumer rights.
